Some random thoughts

I came across a couple of articles that I found interesting about virtual team building. Sorry if some of these are repeats, I have the memory of a gold fish.

This one just rates some tools that you can use for your virtual team, they provide a place for people to meet virtually and cater to project work. If anyone checks these out, let me know what you think.

 This other link is just a blog that provides a little etiquette when dealing with your team members virtually. It’s all about gaining trust, which I think is very important when working in a team. The blurb about sarcasm reminded me of Adam’s story about communication issues with his friend via email.
