Just another warm body trying to make sense of it all…

My name is Caitlin Hurd and I currently reside in Hartford, Ct (just moved). I was born in Cali but have lived most of my life on the east coast (primarily in the South Shore and Worcester areas). I’m a Fitchburg State graduate from the Communications/Media department and am currently working on my masters at Quinnipiac University in the area of Interactive Communications. This blog is actually for my Intro to Interactive Communications.

For three years I was working on a career in portrait photography, but when something you love becomes your job, sometimes you don’t love it anymore, and that is what happened to me. I come from a long line of dreamers and late bloomers, but hope that I am beating it by at least a decade. Coming to CT was a challenge and an eye opener, in a lot of ways I am starting fresh. Where the road leads from here is, I have no idea.
